i lost count today but I think I might have done either 6 rounds 10 hang cleans and 30 air squats or 7 rounds 10 HC and 30 squats, not sure!

What a great WOD, loved every minute of it. It was probably because of the AMAZING women I wodded with today. It was fun wodding at 10 am with all those firebreathers. Guys thanks for putting up with me rearranging the bars so Shelly, Danielle, Ceci (the original badass of iacf)and I could WOD facing eachother. It was FUN!!!

On another note, how is it possible that in the 5pm class I look over with 5 minutes left of the WOD and there is a line for the waterfountain??? SERIOUSLY??? Now I know its monday, some of us may be hungover and yes summer is in full effect but you couldn't wait 5 more minutes??? I know not everyone is a Crossfit Games competitor but we preach intensity for a reason. Because it works, so if you think that the 30 secs to get a drink every other round doesn't affect your intensity then you are mistaken. If you are wondering why your body isn't changing it's because you are not going hard enough fast enough.
