Every minute on the minute, you will perform one of the following movements for amrap in that minute. You will then rotate to the next movement. You will continuously count reps. Your goal is to get to 500 reps total before the 20 minute time limit.
Wall Ball Toss M20 W15
Push- ups
SDHP M95 W65
Box Jumps
Pull ups
Squats
KB Swings M55 W35
If you get caught by the clock you will post total number of reps in those 20 minutes.
I am NOT sorry to be missing this one. Gotta love my rest day's great timing!
