Great Pics!! Btw I found this on the website of another Crossfit box in the area, I thought it was fitting. They also have this Painted on one of their walls...
Rules of the Box
1. Speak Your Mind, (F*CK, SH%T, DAMN or THAT F***ING SUCKS IS TOTALLY ACCEPTABLE)
2. Don’t Cheat. Keep an accurate count. If you must “scale down” a workout and reduce your repetitions or load, fine. Just be honest and inform the Coach.
3. Leave your ego at the door. It’s likely to get a smack down if you don’t.
4. Introduce yourself to all newcomers, as they may need to revive your unconscious body later, and “Hey dude, wake up!” is so impersonal.
5. No “dress code’. (Dresses are completely optional).
6. Arrive early for your class, stay late and cheer on others.
7. If someone passes out and/ or vomits…they are simply “resting”.
8. Lying flat on your face, unable to move in the middle of a workout can be considered “scaling”.
9. At CrossFit, you will need to squat. End of story. “GET OVER IT!”
10. You can scream, yell, swear, shout, cry, whimper, grunt, bleed, puke and pass out. JUST DON’T QUIT.
11. You MUST brag about your CrossFit workouts to all your friends, family members and lame-ass globo-gym losers.
12. Bring your friends and family, cause lets face it….when you look like sh*t, you don’t want to be around strangers.

Yes Ruthie, I LOVE OUR BOX! You know, I had every intention of taking the day off but after watching 10am WOD, I had to do it. I must say I tried to beat Juan's 5:55rx but fell a few seconds short. Honestly 95lbs never felt so heavy! 6:10RX weight(not quite chest to bar). Thanks Shelly for the push, I needed it today :-)
@Adrien, had you and I wodded together face to face we would have had sub 6, maybe 5:30 :-p
